Rick Li came up with the idea of leading an AI and Medical related event, and primarily planned to hold the event in Coquitlam Library the next year.

Rick Li found his classmate Ian Hu, and recruited him as his co-worker to plan and lead this program.

The same day after school, they gathered together and planned to create our own website for people to gain prospects of AI and Medical combination.

They chose google site as their platform to create their website, primarily set up the pages of website.

Rick and Ian created a free Gmail account as their website contact email address, and primarily designed for “Contact Us” page.

Updated the "updated log" page, changed the logo and favicon.

Completed the first draft of the email to the Coquitlam Library manager to request cooperation and venue support for our AI and Medical event.

Began creating the in-person presentation materials for the library manager follow-up meeting.
